Bradfield

Nice route round Bradfield and Strines.
Head up Loxley road and take a left after the Admiral Rodney. (not a drinking pub that) down the hill towards Rowell wheel. Used to have a double wheel there. Continue straight on. The roads badly broken on the left but usually really quiet. Gets pretty steep for a bit but the bend is in your favour so you can take it wide safely. Follow the road round and take the next left. Carry on past Our Cow Mollies ice cream place. If you have time sack it for a whole and get an icecream , very nice their stuff. They do an amazing Christmas pudding flavour. Continue on through the little village with the nice pub on the right. Can't remember the name but they used to do Original Bud not the American rubbish. If your thirsty at this point sack it and have a beer in there.
Take the next left onto a flat road road that goes up steeply before going down down into a sweeping S bend that climbs very steeply for a way. Once over that continue onto the Strines turn off and go right. Long and very bumpy road down to the Strines pub. I hear it's got great food.
Steep descent from there before going over the river and back up past the the paint ball place. Now that is a lot of fun but you can't just tip up for that like you can a beer at the Strines.

Follow the road. You have a hair pin followed by a steep drop with a , well you'll soo. See. Then its round over the bridge before climbing again for quite a while. Next left. This road is broken. You want the 2nd left not the first. Then it's up onto the highest point of the ride. Top view up there. Past the monastery on the left. They don't say much.

After that's it's all downhill. Long nice down hill. Right at the junction then next left if you live Amy house.

Alternative route from the monastery would be right with a long descent down to the Nags head. I've never do e this as Eric normally makes me ride up that stupid climb.

Get yourself a beer in the Nags.

Tris.
